On Monday, February 2, Forbes Magazine Publisher Rich Karlgaard spoke at the Park City Chamber Luncheon. He commented that he believes that this recession is comparable to the 1973-74 recession, and nothing like the ’30’s. He also stated he feel we will start exiting this recession in late 2009. I hope he is right!!!!

Two nice condos sold last week, one a 3 Bed, 4 Bath ski in/ski out Arrowleaf for just over $1000 a foot! The other was in Lower Deer Valley at under $500 per foot! Buyers are finding value in today’s market, and there are more opportunities to choose from!

On a lighter note, here is a picture of one of my clients as he gracefully crashed into the lift line. Jim was a real trooper and agreed to stay on the ground for the action photo. Remember, don’t fall in the lift line! It’s really embarrassing!
